Jana- Strength & Acceptance Coach

Jana  is passionate about helping individuals safely improve their strength, mobility, and overall well being through the practical application of anatomy and physiology. 


As our 55+ trainer, she specializes in creating programs tailored for active older adults as well as residents in nursing facilities.


Jana brings a unique approach to building muscular strength at every stage of life, offering weight training, aquatic therapy, dance fitness, and chair yoga for seniors. 


Her classes blend expertise with encouragement, creating a supportive environment where participants feel confident, strong, and empowered. ❤️
